Metiv is a trauma and crisis treatment center serving Jerusalem area residents. The center provides an immediate response when contacted. There is no need for a referral. Treatment is offered by mental health professionals. The hotline allows callers to remain anonymous and provides important assistance for victims in need of advice or vital assistance. Mental health clinics can be found all around Israel. It is best to make an appointment in advance although in urgent cases you can go directly to the clinic without an appointment. The centers offer a wide range of treatment options at no cost or at most a token payment for those suffering from crisis.
