  The Sexual Assault Crisis Centers provide mental and emotional support during the recovery process, and operate a twenty-four hour emergency hotline in Hebrew, Arabic, Russian and Amharic. The nationwide centers operate support groups for victims of rape, child abuse and incest, and offer legal consultation and assistance as well. The centers is sensitive to the needs of all sectors of society and has volunteers to match the needs of the clients (for example Arab or religious). The Association’s web page offers useful information regarding sexual assault and the means for coping with it. The site contains articles, practical advice and references to the various sexual assault help centers in Israel.

• YOHALAN – Advisor to the Army Chief of Staff, Women’s Issues (Hebrew)
  A sub-division of the manpower department in the IDF designed to provide information, guidance and assistance for soldiers who experienced sexual assault or harassment,YOHALAN also offers help and counseling in filing sexual assault complaints, as well as referrals to professional help, when needed.

• Alsiwar – A Feminist Arabic Society for Supporting Sexual Assault Victims
  The society is set to assist assault victims from the Arabic sector and respond to their specific needs. The center operates a hotline for Arabic women in distress and runs a support group for married women who experienced sexual assault.
